Therefore, we have a return policy in place to facilitate the return of any item that may not meet your expectations. This policy outlines the conditions that must be met for a return to be accepted, the process of initiating a return, and the exceptions to the policy.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in the same condition as when it was received.
- The item must be unused.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- The receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
3. Process of Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, customers can contact us at email@example.com. Upon acceptance of the return, we will provide the customer with a return address and instructions on how and where to send the package. It is important to note that items sent back to us without prior request for return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the item is wrapped, boxed, and shipped back to us. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs.
4. Time Limit
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return your item/s within 7 days of delivery, for a refund.
5. Damages and Issues
Customers are required to inspect their order upon reception and report any damages or missing component parts immediately. In the event that the customer receives the wrong item, the item is defective, or the item is damaged, we will evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
6. Exceptions/Non-returnable Items
There are some exceptions to the return policy. Customers are advised to contact us if they have any questions or concerns about a specific item. Used items, the Perfectly Imperfect Collection, and gift cards cannot be returned. We won't accept returns older than 7 days since delivery to the customer.
The fastest way to get the desired item is to return the item that was originally purchased, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Customers will be notified once we have received and inspected the returned item. We will inform the customer if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the customer will be refunded on their original payment method. However, it is important to note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Additionally, customers should note that returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
